An examination of current developments and emerging trends such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning, rural health, disaster preparedness, and health policy developments. The course pays special attention to health care structure, operation, factors that determine the allocation of health care resources, and current and future directions of the U.S. health care delivery system.
