Business Analytics, AAB (Full-Time Plan)
Program of Study
The career field of Business Analytics helps guide businesses to improve their processes, products, and services. Business Analytics bridges the gap between business management and IT in today’s organization. Terra State’s Business Analytics Degree provides a well-rounded background in the various business disciplines with a focus on accounting, management, marketing, computer skills, as well as statistics, database management, communication, and business social skills.
The faculty has identified the following Learning Outcomes for all graduates:
- Apply appropriate technology for business communication, computation, and presentation.
- Analyze how the external and internal environments impact organizations.
- Distinguish and explain the primary functions within business such as management, human resources, business law, marketing, and accounting to achieve organizational goals.
- Apply and develop soft skills (interpersonal communication, critical thinking, leadership, decision-making, collaboration, empathy and diversity awareness)
