MGT 1250 - Leadership Development

This course is designed to develop leadership skills that are compatible with Quality Management philosophies, concepts and application. The student is invited to participate in a variety of cases and exercises to enhance interpersonal skills for leadership. This course will present the student with numerous opportunities for continuous improvement in Leadership Development. Building self-esteem, self-motivation, and self-discipline will be emphasized. Oral and written communication skills will be utilized extensively to improve interpersonal skills. Offered (Fall)
