The class focuses on the operation, entire system wiring, installing and charging of refrigerant in all electric and hybrid heat-pump systems. Emphasis is also placed on heat-pump components such as the reversing valve, defrost systems, heat-pump thermostats, sequencers, electric heat elements and outdoor sensors.
