A study of advanced CAD practices. This course will cover advanced solid models using parametric and engineering design intent as they relate to manufacturing. Solid Works will be used to cover topics including creating both standard mechanical parts and sheet metal parts, creating assemblies from parts, detail drawings of parts and assemblies, and presentation of assemblies.
