Prerequisite(s): ASL 1010
This is a continuation of ASL1010 with emphasis on possessive pronouns, numerical incorporations, one-character role, contrastive structure, cultural language uses, time signs associated with frequency, above/below perspective, signer’s and receptor’s perspective, and temporal sequencing. This course also stresses the use of the language in context as well as the above through reviewing and repetition and is designed to help students acquire a certain level of skill in using some of the major grammatical features of ASL.
